Perfect gift!

I ordered this jacket for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! It is so warm and she has received so many compliments. She is petite and the small fit her perfectly.

Fuckin awesome

This jacket is so cute, keeps me warm in negative 50 wind chill in Montana. Very happy! Love it. Zipper is a little finecky but it’s nothing a couple extra seconds can’t fix.

Love the coat, but do have problems with outer zipper

I really love this coat. It is beautiful and super warm, although I have been having problems with the zipper like a previous reviewer. It's the outside zipper and it does take a few tries to get it to zip. I have found that if I slide the coat over to the right side when it's on, it's sometime easier, but it does still take me a few minutes to get it to thread properly. It's definitely frustrating but not enough to return it.

Oh so obsessed!

I can not express how much I love this coat! It was not my original choice, I was a bit apprehensive with the size of the hood, as well as I thought it might be a bit much to get around in function in my every day need. The coat I initially wanted was out of stock in my size in black so I went back and looked at every coat on the website and noticed a little detail Of this style I love the fact that it had a vest inside. When I got the coat out of the box I was amazed as heavy it felt. I live in NYC,I work full-time as a make up artist and film and TV, and I am outside in the dead of winter quite a bit I am thrilled with the fact of how warm this coat is! Now back to the hood detail, last week it was about 32°F here with about 15 Mph windsWhen I pulled up that hood I couldn’t believe the amount of wind it blocked I am so happy I decided to go for this coat. Not to mention how the down lover when I pulled up that hood I couldn’t believe the amount of wind it blocked I am so happy I decided to go for this code. Not to mention how the down & fur lovers Went crazy over it and couldn’t stop complementing especially the red fur a trim.
The one thing I would love to see in this style wood for it to come to my knees, my coldest part of my body while outside is always my upper thigh.

I would not buy this coat or any coat from Noize, nor would I recommend this brand to anyone. I purchased this coat + it had problems zipping immediately. Within 2 weeks of regular wear, it became obvious the zipper was not attached right at the bottom- it was not sewn properly. This is my only winter coat + I live in Michigan without the money to buy another coat while I await a return. I emailed the Noize staff explaining the problem (with photo) + requested a replacement jacket so I could send the defective one back when it arrives (at this point, it takes 3 minutes to get it to zip). Two people I talked to (Sarah then Isabelle) were completely unwilling to take responsibility for their jacket or actually help me in a feasible way. Sarah did acknowledge that it was a production error on behalf of Noize, however both treated me like dirt, like they didn't believe a word I said. Despite the malfunction being their error, I am still the one suffering for their messed up product. As if i want to keep a coat with a broken zipper. Now, I am being charged $8 to return the coat, awaiting a full refund once they have determined it defective enough, THEN I HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW COAT ALL OVER AGAIN. All while going coat-less from now until then. If this isn't insulting enough, Isabelle suggested to me that "in the meantime you will be able to stay warm with the help of friends or families," a completely unacceptable response from someone in customer service for a COAT COMPANY. If you are a normal working human being with bills, I would not invest in a single product from this company because if they messed it up, you will absolutely be the one screwed over. Apparently, Noize cares about being cruelty free to the animals but not to the humans that spend their hard earned money on their products. "The customer is always right" is a phrase they are unfamiliar with, the training Sarah + Isabelle received was "be unhelpful + rude to the customer. They are lying + wrong."
