This was going to be my one birthday present. Ordered a small, received a medium -this is not the kind of jacket you can just wear as a bearcoat. Not sure how they shipped me the wrong size. Sent it back, received a REFUND ONLY ON THE JACKET (they didn't cover our shipping costs) instead of the right size. Came back to order again (obviously a mistake) because I still admire the aesthetic but EVERY size is sold out. I refuse to be a *returning* customer to these companies like Yeezy and Brandblack who can't stock their product -even worse, don't honor your purchase.
Small was ordered but Medium was shipped. Returning it a major problem for a college student!
The two-sentence product description for this coat barely scratches the surface. I bought the Daniel Bomber first and foremost because I liked the look of it, being a vegan product is an added bonus. What words and pictures can't show you is the build quality of this thing... every detail is well-made and thoughtfully placed. The pockets are all in places that make sense, and every button and zipper is sturdy and weatherproof. It looks and feels as good or better than a lot of coats I've tried on that are more expensive and less ethical. The hood is as tight or as spacious as you want it to be, and it's WARM which is important. Looks clean and stylish enough to wear out in public without feeling like a child in a snowsuit, but it seems genuinely durable enough for winter sports (though I haven't skied in it yet). I'm very much looking forward to colder weather so I can really put this thing through its paces, but I can already tell I'm going to love it.
On top of making an excellent product, the Noize team has been helpful and responsive. I originally purchased the Daniel in a medium and learned the hard way I'm a small (the medium still fit me, 5' 10" 160 lbs., but it was a little loose for my liking). I got in touch to get a return label before buying the small and the support team got me all set. A day or two later when I shipped the medium back, I got a call from UPS explaining I'd made a mistake with the shipping label (whoops). Fixing it set me back dangerously close to the end of the return window, so I got in touch with Noize to explain. They were super understanding and ensured they'd accept the return, despite the delay on my end.
